Healthier Honey infused Energy Bar

2 Cups Mixed Nuts

(Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Pine Nuts, Pistachios, Peanuts You can mix any kind of nuts in any proportions as you wish)

10 to 12 deseeded Dates

1/4 Cup Stingless bee honey

Roast the mixed nuts until they release their aroma and let them cool down. Grind the Stingless bee honey and deseeded dates to a gooey paste. Mix all the ingredients well and transfer them into a rectangular container with parchment paper. Press down the mixture evenly into the rectangular shape of the container with a metal spoon. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into desired sizes. It’s the healthier version of an energy bar with no added sugar and no preservatives.
